This statement covers the use of the addictionsupport.nl website. A separate privacy statement applies to the processing of client data during care and support; clients receive it at the start of support.

What data do we process via this website?
- Contact form: name, e-mail address, optional phone number, the chosen subject and your message — used solely to answer your question.
- Technical data: this website sets no tracking or marketing cookies and uses no third-party analytics. The hosting provider (Webreus B.V., the Netherlands) processes standard server logs (such as IP address) for security and technical management.
Retention
Contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your question, and no longer than two years. If you become a client, your data becomes part of the client file, for which the statutory retention period of fifteen years after the end of support applies (Dutch Social Support Act 2015), or longer where careful care provision requires it.
Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties unless legally required. Our hosting provider processes data exclusively within the European Union.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Contact info@addictionsupport.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
This website uses a secure connection (https). Please do not include medical or other sensitive details in the contact form; we prefer to discuss those by phone.
